Healing from trauma involves creating a safe and supportive space to process past wounds and build resilience. I integrate evidence-based approaches like EMDR, ANCHORED Relational Therapy, AEDP, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to address the mind-body connection, reprocess trauma, and foster emotional healing. Together, we’ll work to nurture self-compassion, restore safety, and empower you to move forward with greater wholeness and stability.

Living with chronic illness can feel overwhelming, but support and practical tools can make a difference. I integrate approaches like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to cultivate present-moment awareness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you find meaning and live in alignment with your values, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to develop emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thought patterns. Together we’ll work to build resilience, reduce stress, and improve your quality of life as you navigate the challenges of chronic illness.
